At Fun and Teach Babysitters, we have a carefully selected team of professionals passionate about childhood and education. All of our professionals have training in pedagogy, psychology, early childhood education, or artistic disciplines, as well as international experience and a deep commitment to children's well-being and development. 

We work with our own methodology that combines play, art, active learning, and mindfulness, adapting to the needs of each family and respecting the individual rhythms of each child. In addition to their academic and professional training, all of our babysitters and entertainers stand out for their sensitivity, joy, and ability to connect from the heart..

With over 18 years dedicated to caring for and supporting children, Francisca is the heart of Fun and Teach Babysitters. A teacher by vocation, a yoga and mindfulness instructor for children, and a professional nanny in international settings, she created this agency as a fusion of her three greatest passions: education, well-being, and the magic of childhood. 

Her vision is based on a clear premise: "Caring is also educating, and educating is also loving." That's why she designed her own methodology that promotes autonomy, creativity, emotional learning, and play as a bridge between mind and heart.
